Delivery

All items are prints or created bespoke for you. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, your chosen item will be created. Being hand made it may take longer than an off the shelf item, so we recommend giving up to 5 business days a standard. If you require it as a gift, please message our team.  Once your order is finished it will be sent via the Royal Mail as a Signed For Delivery. Unless otherwise stated we aim to include postage with all our products.

Returns

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we do stand by our quality. In the event your item is;

 

Damaged during shipping

Does not meet our standards

Faulty

 

We will endeavour to rectify this for you. Please contact the team to discuss.  

We will only accept miss-sizing if the print size does not match the order size.

We do not accept any form of change of mind.
